Delivery Time
Standard delivery time within the U.S. is 5–8 business days. Including processing, the estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen events.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following conditions. This policy applies to both defective and non-defective products, including cases of change of mind.

Return Window
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Personalized items and hygiene products (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned unless unused and in original packaging.

Product Condition
Returned items must be new, with all tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Return Costs

Refunds

Exchanges
