Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or surcharges added during checkout. The total price displayed at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.
If we expand to additional shipping regions in the future, any applicable shipping costs per destination will be clearly stated on this page and during checkout.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. If additional regions are added in the future, they will be announced on this page.
Processing Time
Orders placed between Monday and Saturday before 2:00 PM (GMT-6) are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-6) are processed on the next business day. Sundays and U.S. public holidays are excluded from processing.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time within the U.S. is 5–8 business days after processing. Including processing, the estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, weather events, or carrier-related issues.
Fulfillment & Shipping Process
We work with an experienced international fulfillment partner who manages the complete shipping and logistics process on our behalf. Products are shipped from our fulfillment partner's distribution center and delivered to our customers across the United States.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment anytime on our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
Please note: Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch. If your tracking number does not show any updates after 5 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or does not arrive, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will:
- Delayed packages: Investigate with the carrier and provide you with an updated delivery estimate within 3–5 business days.
- Damaged packages: Arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us.
- Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and the carrier cannot locate it, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
