General Information
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following conditions. This policy applies to all products purchased from Veloria-Fashion, including cases of change of mind, defective items, and incorrectly delivered products.
Return Window
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day period begins on the date you receive your package, as confirmed by carrier tracking information.
Defective or damaged items should be reported as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can document the issue promptly. However, defective and damaged items are eligible for return within the full 30-day return window.
Return Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene products (e.g., underwear, swimwear) that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
- Items that are not in their original condition (worn, altered, or missing tags/packaging)
Hygiene products that are unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging with all tags attached may still be returned within the 30-day return window.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or order confirmation email)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or may be returned to you at your expense.
Return Process
- Contact us: Email us at support@veloria-fashion.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item (required for defective or damaged items).
- Receive authorization: Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
- Ship the item: Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided in your authorization email. Include the RA number inside the package. Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.

Please do not send returns without prior authorization (see Return Process above). Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items: We cover the return shipping costs and will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Change-of-mind returns (non-defective items): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above (e.g., worn, tags removed, not in original packaging), we will contact you to discuss the options, which may include a partial refund or returning the item to you.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
For exchanges due to size or color preference, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item following the standard return process outlined above. This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@veloria-fashion.com with your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may instead return the item once it arrives, following the standard return process.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time (6–10 business days from the date of purchase), please contact our customer service team. We will:
- Open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
- Provide you with an update within 3–5 business days.
- If the package cannot be located, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
