Your order is not accepted until Veloria-Fashion confirms acceptance (e.g., by shipping the product or sending a confirmation email). Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Veloria-Fashion may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by email. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which is available as a separate, dedicated page on our website. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable sales taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable U.S. federal, state, and local tax laws. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or additional surcharges applied during checkout.
We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Should shipping costs apply to future shipping options or regions, they will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments are processed securely on SSL-protected pages.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-6) are processed on the next business day. Standard delivery time within the U.S. is 5–8 business days after processing.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other events outside our control.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Veloria-Fashion are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the item(s) to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which is published as a separate, dedicated page on our website and is also accessible from the footer of every page.
Our Refund & Return Policy details the following: the conditions under which returns are accepted (items must be unused with all original tags and packaging); the return process and how to initiate a return; who bears the cost of return shipping (we cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items; for change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs); restocking fees (we do not charge a restocking fee); the refund method (original payment method); and the expected refund processing time (within 5 business days after receipt and inspection).

By consenting to Veloria-Fashion's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Veloria-Fashion through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Veloria-Fashion. SECTION 23 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION: GOVERNING LAW, BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereunder, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, before one arbitrator, in the State of Wyoming. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND VELORIA-FASHION AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Veloria-Fashion agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims with your claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
30-Day Right to Opt Out: You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to support@veloria-fashion.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, neither you nor Veloria-Fashion can require the other to participate in arbitration, and either party may file a lawsuit in any court of competent jurisdiction.
