General Information
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following conditions. This policy applies to both defective and non-defective products, including cases of change of mind.
Return Window
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Personalized items and hygiene products (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned unless unused and in original packaging.
Product Condition
Returned items must be new or tried on only, in resaleable condition, with all tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Return Costs
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, we cover the shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Return Process

Email us at support@veloria-fashion.com within the return window with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Our customer service will review your request and send you a return authorization and further instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional days may be required for the amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered items. Contact us within 14 days to receive a free return label. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within two hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Please Contact us immediately.
Lost Shipments
If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, contact our customer service. We will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution together.
