We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. If we expand to additional regions in the future, any applicable shipping costs per destination will be clearly stated.

Orders placed between Monday and Saturday before 2:00 PM (GMT-6) are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery time within the U.S. is 5–8 business days. Including processing, the estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen events.

We work with an experienced fulfillment partner who handles the entire shipping process for us. The products are shipped directly from a warehouse in Asia, from where our partner efficiently and reliably manages delivery to our customers in the United States.

Delivery Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following conditions. This policy applies to both defective and non-defective products, including cases of change of mind.

Return Window
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Personalized items and hygiene products (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned unless unused and in original packaging.

Product Condition
Returned items must be new, with all tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Return Costs

Restocking Fee

Refunds

Exchanges

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Please email us immediately.

Lost Shipments
